Summary: Manual Testing, Test cases preparation, API Testing, Web & Mobile apps Testing, GUI Testing, DB Testing. Responsibilities: Need to work as Functional Tester for payroll software on HRMS domain. Job description: Requirement analysis and design of manual test cases based on requirements and architectural /design guidelines. Ensuring testing and submission of results in committed delivery timelines. Ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities with scrum team. Design Test cases based on Requirement. Ability to perform Sanity, regression, SIT & UAT executions on various environments as when required. Well versed with testing process to apply in Agile/Scrum framework. Analyze and Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide valid feedback and appropriate estimates. Display techno functional abilities to assist development team in debugging and capture the events to pinpoint the issues. Stay up to date with new testing tools & Techniques and flexible enough to apply and adopt test strategies & process. Requirements & Desired Skills: Proven work experience Web application & Mobile apps testing. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies & processes Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to Analyze test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements. Good experience in using bitbucket, JIRA & Confluence. Must have good analytical, debugging and tracing skills & Selenium tool having work experience added advatage. Time management. Experience with HRM software domain having added advantage. Sound interpersonal and team working skills Behavioural Attributes Preferred candidate profile Min of 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
