Job Overview:

UI/UX Designer

Role and Responsibilities :

UI :

1. Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX.
2. Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to convert wireframes into functional interfaces.
3. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all designs.
4. Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code aligned with brand standards.
5. Optimize page load times and ensure a seamless user experience.
6. Participate in UI reviews and continuously improve interface performance and aesthetics.
7. Stay updated on the latest UI frameworks, design tools, and industry trends.

UX :

1. Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
2. Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and apply insights to improve usability.
3. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes aligned with project requirements.
4. Design visually compelling layouts, icons, banners, and marketing assets using

   Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

5. Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver visually engaging user experiences.
7. Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components for design consistency.
8. Design intuitive interfaces for

   iOS

   and

   Android

   applications.
9. Stay current with the latest UX trends, design standards, and emerging graphic tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies:

  HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX

• Expertise in design tools:

  Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Suite, Canva

  , or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of

  color theory, typography, layout principles, and responsive design

• Ability to convert user insights into innovative, user-focused designs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A strong

  portfolio

  demonstrating previous

  UI/UX and graphic design

  work is mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min of 2+ years of experience in UX Designing.
