Position : CUSTOMER SUPPORT - VOICE - ENGLISH + HINDI
Process : DOMESTIC Shift : ROTATIONAL DAY SHIFT - 8 AM 8 PM(Any 9 hours) Location : Bangalore
About the role:
Key responsibilities:
- Attend inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues
- Explain products and services clearly and accurately
- Ensure polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication
- Update customer information and call details in the system
- Meet quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction standards
Eligibility criteria:
- 0 to 3 years of Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
- Good communication skills in ENGLISH & HINDI
- Comfortable working in rotational day shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
- Positive Attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
