Job Title: Customer Support & Data Entry Executive

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly individual to join our growing team at Starcap Wellness Private Limited. In this hybrid role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, accurate data handling, and top-notch support. If you're a fast learner with a keen eye for detail and a calm, solution-focused mindset-we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Handle order-related concerns, returns, replacements, and basic product information.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across internal systems (orders, customer info, logs).
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Track support metrics like response times, issue resolution, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain records of interactions and follow up as needed for unresolved cases.
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports for management review.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer feedback and recurring issues.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support, backend operations, or data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • A customer-first attitude with empathy, patience, and ownership.
  • Prior experience in a D2C, FMCG, or wellness brand is a plus.

Preferred Profile

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
