Customer Support Coordinator

You will be part of a dedicated team at Inkle, an all-in-one SaaS stack company focused on providing founders with access to affordable, quality, US-licensed Certified Public Accountant services. Our goal is to simplify accounting, tax, and compliance processes for global companies through innovative software solutions. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring smooth administrative and financial processes. This will involve creating accurate and timely invoices for bookkeeping services, tracking and recording invoices, organizing and maintaining customer account folders, connecting necessary data sources for monthly bookkeeping, and monitoring data integrity. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably with experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Proficiency in Google Workspace is important, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
