Location: Bhopal Department: Customer Support Associate Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site Shift: Rotational Shifts Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via chat and voice channels promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues. Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible. Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support levels. Maintain customer records and document all interactions in CRM systems. Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT, FCR, quality scores). Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and system changes. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong typing speed and computer literacy. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Experience: Experience in a customer service role (chat and/or voice). Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
