Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, requests, and complaints. You will be required to raise requests and complaints on behalf of the customers in the CRM tool. Additionally, you will need to generate leads and educate customers about new products and their benefits. It is essential to maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines, capture problem indicators, and highlight areas for improvement. You must also ensure adherence to monthly scorecard parameters, including quality, efficiency, and accuracy. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Your ability to comprehend, capture, and interpret basic customer information will be crucial. A strong customer service focus is necessary, and knowledge of banking/credit cards is preferred. Meeting sales targets is also a key aspect of this position.
