Role Description

A Customer Support Associate is responsible for assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role involves handling calls, emails, chats, or in-person interactions while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.Resolve product or service-related concerns by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.Keep accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Provide information about new services, features, or updates to customers.Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems or ticketing tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Graduate/undergraduate with relevant customer service experience (preferred, not always required).Comfortable to work in a rotational shift
