Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Job Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Contribute to team coordination and support colleagues when required.
Identify areas for process improvement and share suggestions with the team/management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related role.
