  Any Graduate with 1 Year Experience in Chat or Email || 25000 CTC / 20.4k In-Hand.

• Kondapur, HITEC City

  English and Hindi both || Any 12th passed Fresher or Experience || 15330 CTC / 15000 In-Hand.

• Lanco Hills, Manikonda

  Excellent English with neutral accent || Any 12th passed with 6 Months Minimum Experience in AML/KYC (Preferred) or Customer Handling || 25k CTC / 20k In-Hand.

• Madhapur

  Excellent English speaking with neutral accent || Any 12th passed with 6 months minimum

  experience in International BPO Customer Support

  || 32k CTC - 40.8k CTC (Subject to Number of Months of Experience)

2. Cab Facility

   - Subject to location and process selected for.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Customer Support:

  Answer inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally to address customer concerns, product questions, or service inquiries.

• Problem Solving:

  Diagnose and resolve customer issues by following established protocols and using internal knowledge bases.

• Documentation:

  Accurately log call details and update customer records in the CRM system.

• Quality Assurance:

  Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to call scripts and quality standards.

• Escalation:

  Identify and escalate complex priority issues to the relevant department or supervisor when necessary.

Skills: -

• Soft Skills:

  A patient, empathetic "people person" with a thick skin and a positive attitude.

• Flexibility:

  Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, depending on the business needs.
