Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Gorakhpur. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and issues, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks will include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting problems, and escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, the Associate will handle sales inquiries, provide necessary training, and maintain records of customer interactions. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills. Capability in Training and guiding customers or team members Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus 12 th pass candidate required.
