About the Role

As a

Customer Support Associate

, you will be the first point of contact for our UK clients. Your job will be to resolve queries, guide users, and ensure every interaction is smooth, clear, and professional.🔹

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via

    phone and email

    promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate them to relevant teams as needed.
  • Assist customers with product usage, navigation, and best practices.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Share valuable customer feedback with internal teams to enhance our services.

  • Education:

    Any degree (English Literature graduates preferred).
  • Experience:
