About the Role

As a

Customer Support Associate

, you will be the first point of contact for our UK clients. Your job will be to resolve queries, guide users, and ensure every interaction is smooth, clear, and professional.🔹

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via
phone and email
promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate them to relevant teams as needed.
Assist customers with product usage, navigation, and best practices.
Accurately log customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Share valuable customer feedback with internal teams to enhance our services.

Education:
Any degree (English Literature graduates preferred).
Experience:
