Job Description

Primary Skill

Customer service through call, chat and email.
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver resolution in the first conversation.
Ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like customer satisfaction, service level, handle time and customer effort via calls, chats, and email conversations.
Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies

Responsibilities:

As an Associate, provide real-time support via chat / email to customers facing technical issues, ensuring accurate diagnosis and resolution of software, hardware, or connectivity problems.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while handling customer queries, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction & perform your duties with high standards of communication and professionalism.
Log all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system accurately for future reference and quality audits.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant internal teams and coordinate to ensure timely resolution and feedback to customers.
Stay updated with product changes, system updates, and troubleshooting protocols; actively participate in training sessions to improve support quality and efficiency.
