• Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for customers in Bhopal, assisting them over the phone, email, or live chat.
• Solve Problems: Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely, effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Support & Guidance: Educate customers on our services/products, helping them make informed decisions.
• Teamwork: Work alongside a friendly and supportive team to deliver the best customer experiences possible.
• Record Keeping: Log all interactions in our CRM system accurately and update customer information regularly.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest customer service trends.
