Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for customer onboarding, training, and support. Understand client business goals and ensure our solutions deliver measurable value. Drive customer retention and satisfaction through regular engagement. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products/services. Prepare regular reports on account health, customer growth, and risk management. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Servicing (preferably in B2C). • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. • Ability to understand customer needs and align them with business solutions. • Proactive, empathetic, and customer-first mindset.
