Customer Success Specialist - US

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall relationship with assigned clients. This includes handling on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your main objectives will be to focus on improving customer adoption by meeting upsell/cross-sell targets, establishing a trusted advisor relationship to drive continued value of products and services, and developing customer success strategies and best practices with the creative team. Effective communication with both internal and external senior-level management is key to understanding customer needs, maximizing retention, growth, and sharing insights. On a daily basis, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building trust, identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them. You will also review the customer journey, provide a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues, and facilitate interaction between project team members to ensure timely deliverables. Collaboration with team members, problem-solving, strategizing client meetings, preparing documentation for clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing team to develop marketing materials are essential responsibilities. Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, project management skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment are required.
