Responsibilities
  • Onboard and activate new brands & creators
  • Be the main point of contact for customers
  • Help launch campaigns and affiliate programs
  • Drive product adoption and reduce churn
  • Share customer feedback with product & sales teams


Requirements
  • 1–5+ years in Customer Success / Account Management / SaaS Support
  • Strong communication & relationship skills
  • Startup mindset; comfortable with fast-moving teams
  • Bonus: SaaS, influencer marketing, eCommerce, or Shopify experience
