Role Description

This is a Partl-time, remote working role for a Customer Success Specialist located in Mumbai. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with other teams to improve overall customer experience.
