Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing existing client relationships, particularly in the ecommerce domain. Your role will involve developing long-term partnerships with top users by identifying emerging business needs and collaboratively building value propositions. Additionally, you will proactively strengthen existing relationships and create new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell opportunities. You will also support the growth of the company's capability in the financial services industry by developing and executing a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with analytics, business development managers, sales, and delivery teams. Working closely with Customer Success Managers to accelerate onboarding and growth of high-potential customers into their portfolios will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will maintain accurate and updated records of customer activities within the CRM platform and develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Drafting and maintaining business reports to support decision-making and performance tracking is also a key aspect of your role.
