Customer Success & Sales Executive

We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, guide customers to the right rental solution, ensure smooth onboarding (KYC & payments), and support them during their rental journey.

• Handle leads from Instagram & Facebook ads through WhatsApp and calls.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental systems.
• Complete KYC formalities and close deals.
• Follow up with customers for renewals and payments.
• Coordinate with the technical support team for customer issue resolution.
• Maintain lead and payment records.

• Graduate (any stream); 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer support preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Preferred: Someone who is genuinely interested in tech hardware (laptops, PCs, consoles, and more) and enjoys discussing them with others.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to build trust quickly.
• Based in Pune (preferred Pimpri-Chinchwad area).

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed (depending on experience)

Performance-based incentives on deal closures (upto ₹3,000)
