Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive effective problem-solving and service delivery.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks or escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain deep understanding of ERP / WMS solutions and their application in

  supply chain and warehouse management domains

  .

Preferred Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in

  Customer Success, Support, or Account Management

  within ERP or WMS environments.
• Strong understanding of

  supply chain and warehouse management processes

  .
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and drive internal teams for timely resolution.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Candidates currently managing Customer Success or Support portfolios will be preferred.
