Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead to join our team in a Techno-Functional role . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET and MySQL, proven experience in leading a small development team, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications and services. Work closely with business and functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Guide and mentor a team of 3-4 junior developers , providing code reviews, technical guidance, and support. Manage and optimize MySQL databases, including query tuning and data modeling. Handle integration with third-party APIs and services. Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to development standards. Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and project tracking. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack. Required Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core / .NET Framework . Strong experience in MySQL database design, performance tuning, and stored procedures. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework . Experience in JavaScript/HTML/CSS , and front-end libraries like Angular or React (preferred but not mandatory). Experience working in a Techno-Functional role – ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical tasks. Proven leadership in managing a small team of developers (3–4 members). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
