About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships, understand requirements, and ensure smooth delivery of AI projects.

You will support operational excellence contributing to SOTA AI project execution models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, customer empathy, tone, and alignment with support best practices.
• Identify gaps, errors, or misinterpretations in AI-generated customer success scenarios.
• Provide structured, high-quality feedback to improve the model’s understanding of customer interaction workflows.
• Annotate variations of customer issues and categorize them to improve training datasets.
• Validate AI-generated escalation paths, troubleshooting steps, and follow-up strategies.
