Role Overview

We are seeking a smart and cosmopolitan Customer Success Manager who can strengthen relationships with schools, educators, and alumni networks. The ideal candidate should have a refined understanding of Indian educational culture, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, counsellors, and alumni coordinators.

- Understand client needs, ensure seamless delivery of counselling and alumni engagement services.

- Coordinate implementation of technology tools, dashboards, and communication platforms.

- Conduct periodic reviews, performance feedback sessions, and value-add discussions with clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams on program improvements and service innovations.

- Track customer satisfaction metrics and drive retention and renewals.

- Represent the organization in professional and alumni events, strengthening brand presence.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields.

- Proven experience (6-10 years) in client servicing, customer success, or school relationship management.

- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage educators aged 4055 with empathy and confidence.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A cultured and mature professional with strong cross-cultural understanding and a collaborative approach.
