PixFirst.com is a French startup, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Paris, with the Technology and Operations team based in India, Bangalore.

We have built a complete digitalised eco-system for school photography.

PixFirst makes school-photography creative, more revenue generating, professional and hassle-free.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success ManagerIn this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our India-based Product/Operations teams and our French-speaking customers across Europe. You will be responsible for ensuring successful customer onboarding, managing a small team, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a generalist role that involves a variety of responsibilities, requiring flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the India team and French-speaking customers in Europe.
  • Own the customer journey: onboarding, training, ongoing support, and success management.
  • Ensure adoption of best practices and continuous product engagement by customers.
  • Track customer satisfaction through weekly reports, feedback analysis, and engagement metrics.
  • Respond to customer queries and issues through a ticketing system in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage and coach a small team of customer support agents to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to communicate product updates, changes, and enhancements to customers clearly and effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally and take initiative in solving challenges creatively and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in French and English - written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in customer success, client servicing, or support roles (preferably with international clients)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a team and support their performance and growth
  • Strong customer empathy and a proactive attitude towards addressing concerns
  • Comfort with handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ticketing or CRM systems
  • Prior experience working in SaaS or product-based companies
  • Analytical mindset with attention to customer data and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
