About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success ManagerIn this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our India-based Product/Operations teams and our French-speaking customers across Europe. You will be responsible for ensuring successful customer onboarding, managing a small team, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a generalist role that involves a variety of responsibilities, requiring flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills.
