Business Intelligence Analyst - Data Visualization

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for organizing and analyzing data sourced from various outlets to generate insightful reports and metrics. Your primary role will involve managing a wide array of data and metrics essential to the business operations, including company sales, revenues, customer-level metrics, and product usage metrics. Collaboration with finance, product, and operations teams is crucial for analyzing key performance indicators and enhancing overall product performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and analyze company sales, revenues, profits, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). - Analyze photographer-level metrics, such as sales, average basket, conversion rate, and growth. - Analyze product usage data and collaborate with the product team to boost product adoption and performance. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various business initiatives. - Assist the finance team in tasks like invoicing, cash flow management, and revenue forecasting. Qualifications Required: - Expert-level proficiency in Excel. - Familiarity with at least one data visualization and exploration tool like Tableau, Kibana, or Grafana. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable working with large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Experience in Python for data analysis using libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and matplotlib. - Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques. - Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and double-entry accounting. - Required experience: 3-6 years.
