Role Overview
Were looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in data, analytics, or AI-driven platforms. In this role, you will act as the bridge between enterprise clients and CrayonAI agentic solutions translating business problems into actionable data insights and ensuring adoption of maya.ai across customer ecosystems.
Youll work closely with clients in Riyadh and other regions, managing relationships, delivering measurable business impact, and driving continuous value realization. This could be for Crayon platforms or for a solution we have built for the Client.
