Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) within the Customer Success team at Signature Success, you will play a crucial role in serving as the primary contact point for Salesforce's largest and highest-profile customers. Your main responsibility will be to partner with a small number of assigned accounts, focusing on the customers" business goals to enhance their technical and operational health and maximize the value derived from their Salesforce investment. Building strong relationships with customers and account teams, understanding their Salesforce implementation, and providing proactive services will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into solutions and ensuring customer success through effective communication and deep platform knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Function as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technical and operational configuration of customers - Serve as the single point of customer accountability for orchestration of all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion - Cultivate stakeholder relationships with customers" IT and business leadership - Help customers achieve their business goals on the Salesforce Marketing platform through various activities such as coordinating services, providing guidance on Salesforce features, and advocating for adoption of new features - Conduct quarterly reviews, identify trends, and provide tailored recommendations for stability, performance, and feature enhancement - Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure customer success and revenue opportunities Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, SaaS platform use, or project leadership - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels - Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms - Experience in coordinating high-volume or key events for customers - Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams for customer needs or projects Additional Details: The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer success, excellent communication skills, professionalism, dedication to exceeding expectations, collaboration skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Experience in the Salesforce Ecosystem, relevant certifications, and deep understanding of Marketing Cloud and digital marketing processes will be advantageous for this role. A degree or equivalent experience is required, with evaluation based on the alignment of demonstrated behaviors with role requirements.,
