We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent post-service experience. You will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the organization, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
* Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
* Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or solutions.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
* Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and escalations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, operations) to resolve complex queries.
* Educate customers about RupeeQ’s products, features, and benefits.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs.
* Track customer feedback and share insights for product or process improvement.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
* Good organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
* Ability to handle pressure and deliver consistent performance.
* Bachelor’s degree in *Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
* 0–1 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or customer success roles.
* Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is a plus.
