About the Role

We are hiring for Customer Success Associate for one of our esteemed clients. This role involves supporting international customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer assistance and issue resolution for international clients.
Handle end-to-end resolution of queries with high accuracy.
Document customer interactions effectively in the system.
Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive support.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (top-notch English proficiency).
No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).
No grammatical or pronunciation errors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Tech Graduate (any technical discipline).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in international technical voice process (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Language Proficiency: C1 in English Language.
