Customer Success Executive

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new accounts,

and strengthening customer relationships in the medical devices and diagnostics sector.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab managers, and hospital decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions (CME & CNE, Hookup technician)
• Manage distribution network and channel partners to ensure consistent business growth.
• Responsible & accountable for inventory management, utilisation of devices and revenue generation.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback in the assigned location.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account development plans.
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches, etc.,

Key Skills: Languages Known: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil & English

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales / business development experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare products.
• Strong understanding of dealers, lab technicians, hook up executives & other stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering.
