Customer Success Executive

Job Description

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, helping them achieve their business goals through proactive support, guidance, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Renewals: Handle the subscription/contract renewal process, assist in forecasting, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Customer Education: Guide customers on our products, services, pricing, and processes to ensure smooth usage and adoption.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term connections with customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Drive Value & Adoption: Engage with customers to help them make the most of our solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify Opportunities: Recognize potential for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with other teams to improve the overall experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
• Basic technical knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
