Customer Success Executive

Greetings, We have an exciting opportunity for Freshers to join us as a CRM Support for our Turbhe (Navi Mumbai) location. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be provided with training to excel in your role. The key responsibilities include excellent communication skills and being a graduate. As part of this role, you will be required to visit clients across India for various purposes such as Requirement Gathering, Implementation, Training and Go Live Assistance, as well as providing on-site support to address client needs and concerns. In terms of compensation, the starting salary for the first 3 months will be 12500/-, which will be increased to 21100/- for the next 9 months (for the first year). It is important to note that a written commitment for 2.8 years is compulsory, and no documents will be collected for this. This is a Full-time job with benefits including Provident Fund.
