Job Description

  • We re looking for outstanding Customer Success Associates who have consistently delivered high customer satisfaction, and thrive in taking full ownership of delivering delight to our customers.
  • You should understand the importance of customer success and takes pride in going over and beyond to help the customers.
  • You should put your customer first and should be passionate about helping people. You should have an ability to think on the feet to come up with creative solutions for customer issues.
  • We don t pretend that it ll be easy - joining a company and embarking on the scale-up phase is an amazing challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles.
  • You ll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must get done to keep Plum growing month over month at the pace of the fastest growing SaaS companies in history.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with HR s of corporate customers and Insurers in getting the new members enrolled to Insurance policy
  • Review endorsement request from corporates and get the same processed with Insurers.
  • Work on complex and confidential customer data to ensure employees are covered for Insurance with correct premium and correct time frame
  • Communicate with HR POC s on status of employees Insurance and provide clarify on the premium usage.
  • Regular written communications to customers and Insurance partners
  • Work with internal stakeholders on the endorsement requests.

Experience and Qualifications :

  • At least 0 - 2 year of work experience.
  • Good at oral and written communications.
  • Should be good at data analytics and should have intermediate knowledge in excel.
  • Should be a team player and worked towards the interests of colleagues, and further the customer cause.
  • Been a part of the solution. And have rarely sprayed problem statements.
  • You should have proven examples of owning tasks that have been beyond your call of duty.
