Customer Success Executive

About the Role

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the heart of our client experience — ensuring every individual who signsup with Crink feels supported, understood, and guided throughout their journey. This is a full-time, onsite role at our office in Kalamassery, Kochi, where you’ll work closely with consultants and product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring client success and happiness as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding to renewal
• Identify key product features to enhance client experience
• Guide clients through the Crink process with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
• Take ownership of managing Customer Success metrics
• Address queries, solve issues, and escalate when needed
• Collect feedback and support process improvement initiatives
• Assist in community engagement and client campaigns when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: MBA or Engineering is preferred
• Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam (In addition,Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
• Technical: Good working knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay organized, and be responsive
• Fast learner, problem solver, and willing to adapt quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
