Job Description

About: Stitchflow audits and automates deprovisioning for all the users and apps not handled by your IDP and lifecycle workflows. It continuously tracks every app, including non-SSO, contractor heavy and legacy systems, and finds and fixes orphaned, hidden and unused accounts. Companies like SpotOn, Rula, and Turing trust Stitchflow to conduct reviews in seconds, creating more secure environments while saving tens of thousands per renewal. As one of the early team members at Stitchflow's Chennai office at WeWork(Guindy), you'll get hands-on experience in how early teams operate and directly contribute to shaping our product, marketing and culture. This is an opportunity to work closely with founders, and play a key role in building a fast-growing startup from the ground up. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Associate to delight our customers. You build and manage relationship with our customers, who are IT leaders. You’ll understand their IT environment, identify access and licensing gaps, and drive value using Stitchflow, while ensuring alignment to and reporting against their success criteria and objectives. Responsibilities: Drive customer relationships from initial kick-off through regular business reviews Leverage Stitchflow product to analyze customer usage patterns and uncover actionable insights Prepare and deliver insights presentations to customers Deep dive into customer data to identify trends and opportunities Transform data into clear, actionable presentations Maintain strong communication with stakeholders through product updates and strategic discussions Must haves: 3+ years of customer facing experience, preferably to a technical audience Demonstrated skills in understanding customer use case and delivering solutions that delight Excellent analytical skills, great at leveraging modern tools to drive efficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Has experience in product documentation, demoing features Ability to manage multiple customers Overlap with US Eastern Time is required Show more Show less
