Job Summary:

Customer Success Associates (L1)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    inbound/outbound voice support

    for international customers.
  • Provide

    customer assistance and issue resolution

    in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Ensure

    first call resolution

    (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues as per the escalation matrix.
  • Follow company policies and processes while maintaining data confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a technical stream (Tech Graduate B.Tech/B.E./BCA etc.)
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in an

    international voice process

    .
  • Language Proficiency:

    A1 level in English;

    excellent spoken English with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence)

    .
  • Communication Skills:

    Top-notch verbal communication with no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in

    24/7 rotational shifts
