Role Description: As a key player in the product development of Indias first conversational commerce engine powered by GenAI, you will work closely with the founder and various stakeholders to drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and manage product lifecycles. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, outline product requirements, and introduce innovative solutions that align with business goals. This role is based on-site in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Collaborate directly with the founder to shape and define the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business goals and market demands. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. Customer Insights: Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to understand user needs and pain points, utilizing these insights to drive product improvements and the development of new features. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to effectively communicate product specifications and business needs to the development team. Project Management: Manage the full product development cycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure project goals are met. Performance Monitoring: Post-launch, analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the product meets both user expectations and business objectives. Innovation & Improvement: Continuously explore opportunities for product innovation and enhancement, with a focus on driving growth and improving user satisfaction. Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle for Z Tok s AI-powered solutions, focusing on seamless integrations with ERP, CRM, and conversational AI platforms. Prototyping: Develop and iterate on product prototypes to visualize concepts, workflows, and user experiences prior to full-scale development. Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in product management within the B2B or B2C industry. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration , Computer Science , Engineering , Product Management , or a related field from a tier-1 ,tier 2college. A M asters degree or an MBA in a related field would be an added advantage. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
