Job Description

Engage with pet parents through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email. Understand pet parent concerns and explain how MyFurries' services can support their pets health. Promote and sell wellness packagaes for pets behavioral support. Guide users through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth sign-up for wellness subscriptions. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by offering continued support and check-ins. Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Meet monthly conversion and retention targets. Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Passion for animals and empathy towards pet parents. Sales or customer service experience preferred (tele-sales/BPO/inside sales). Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset. Prior experience in petcare, health, or wellness domains is a bonus.
