Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate located in Jaipur. The Customer Success Associate will focus on engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with teams to provide an outstanding customer experience. The role also involves analyzing feedback and data to improve customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Customer Retention strategies and building long-term relationships
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Prior experience in customer success or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is advantageous
