Customer Success Associate

Job position : Customer Success Associate – Dermatouch

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Customer Experience & Reviews

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, collect, and respond to customer reviews across platforms (Website, Amazon, Nykaa, Social Media, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Address product or service-related concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and ensure timely and satisfactory closures.
• Identify recurring issues and share weekly insights with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a consistent response tone aligned with Dermatouch’s brand language.
• Engage with customers to build trust, enhance their experience, and boost product satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed logs, follow-ups, and documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability with a positive, customer-centric mindset.
• Patience and calm handling of queries, including negative feedback.
• Basic understanding of skincare products is a plus.
