Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Solutions Design Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation of end-to-end technical designs and solutions that meet the needs of customers. Your responsibilities will include capturing business requirements, translating them into high-quality technical solutions, resolving design issues, and designing scalable, adaptable, and cost-effective solutions in alignment with business needs and technical strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Support the capture of business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions using standard solution approaches. - Contribute to resolving issues that arise during the design process. - Assist in designing solutions based on specific requirements using standard approaches aligned with the wider technical strategy. - Ensure that designs adhere to architectural principles and policies. - Perform root cause analysis for design-related issues. - Support change management, impact assessments, and design documentation updates. - Provide in-life support for issues related to specific solutions or root cause analysis support for designs. - Support the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the customer solution design area.
