Job Description

This role involves developing customer-specific architecture and designing end-to-end solutions to meet customer needs. It requires coordinating cross-functional teams, capturing and managing requirements, and ensuring the integrity of the solution over time. The role also includes contributing to strategic decisions, solving complex problems, and leading teams or projects. Acting as a professional leader, this position ensures effective collaboration across organizations to deliver workable solutions and provides expert guidance within the organization.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Develops customer-specific architecture within a dedicated area of expertise.
  • Identifies the business groups (BGs) involved and coordinates cross-BG activities during the initial phase of solution development.
  • Captures and manages functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices.
  • Understands and captures critical inputs from stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
  • Specifies and designs end-to-end solutions through both high-level and low-level architecture design to meet customer needs, while considering market positioning.
  • Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to maintain the integrity of the solution over time, ensuring that it meets the client's requirements.
  • Develops the full scope of the solution, collaborating across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Researches, designs, plans, develops, and evaluates effective solutions in specialized domains to meet customers’ requirements and desired outcomes through both high-level and low-level architecture design.
  • Contributes to strategic decisions within the professional area.
  • Solves complex problems using sophisticated analytical thinking and complex judgment.
  • Contributes to the development of concepts that determine the professional direction of their organizational unit.
  • Acts as a professional leader for staff, work teams, or task forces, often being the most senior specialist who serves as a best-practice resource within their unit and is recognized as an expert in the professional area within the business.
  • Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
