  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is

    in a BPO environment.
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge (technical).
  • Comfortable with

    rotational offs

    (Approx. ₹20,000 in hand).
  • Shuttle facility available for Delhi location.
