Role: Technical Customer Support Location: Noida / Gurugram / Mohali Work Mode: Onsite Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and technical issues via calls, chat, or email. Provide first-level troubleshooting support for technical concerns. Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer experience. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required. Requirements: Graduation is mandatory . Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO environment. Good communication skills (spoken & written). Basic troubleshooting knowledge (technical). Comfortable with 6 days working and rotational offs . Fixed day shift .
