Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service executives.
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved within defined TAT and with high satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor daily operations, team productivity, and SLAs.
  • Handle escalations and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in customer service, preferably in a team lead role.
  • Fluency in Tamil

    (mandatory) and good English communication.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Good understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
