Customer Service Supervisor

As a candidate for the position at Pune Airport, your role will involve managing and assisting staff in various areas such as check-in, reservations, ticketing, special category passenger handling, and boarding gate functions under the supervision of Duty Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the functioning of safety, security, and quality systems within your area of responsibility. - Coordinate with all other departments, covering apron and gate areas for smooth flight turnaround. - Assist CSOs/CSEs/Sr. CSEs in resolving their queries. - Ensure efficient loading and offloading of all dead loads without any issues. - Prepare duty allocations for all staff in shifts, covering various activities before aircraft arrival, during turnaround, and after departure. - Report occurrences, events, violations, and safety/security concerns to DM/APM. - Monitor staff grooming and adherence to grooming guidelines. - Maintain sufficient staff headcount to cover all operational areas. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. - Maintain high standards of customer interaction for customer satisfaction. - Respond to queries, complaints, and claims, and report to DM/APM. - Follow health and safety standards and ensure down the line staff compliance. - Take necessary decisions to implement safety risk measures as per the SMS Manual. Required Skills & Experience: - Airport operations knowledge. - Regulatory compliance understanding. - Strong communication skills. - Team player attitude. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Airport Functions. Good To Have: - Proficiency in MS Office. - Experience in passenger handling. Educational Qualification: - Graduate degree.
