Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Malihabad. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, resolving customer complaints, training and mentoring staff, and maintaining performance metrics. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a positive and efficient working environment. Qualifications Experience in customer service, including handling customer complaints and queries Proficiency in training, mentoring, and supervising customer service staff Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with customer service performance metrics and reporting Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the retail or shopping mall industry is a plus
