Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist in Gurugram/Noida. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and updating customer accounts. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, providing information about our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service.
