Responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, delivering high-quality support, resolving issues, and improving the overall customer experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, embodying professionalism and empathy in every interaction. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address queries and concerns effectively. Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Customer Experience. Excellent Phone Etiquette for managing customer interactions professionally. Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with clients.
